Once upon a time…a long time ago …there was a housewife that always had a clean house, would dress up before her husband came home from work…and had dinner cooking.
Then that housewife got morning sickness and her world…and her husband’s would never look the same again.
Back in those ancient memories. I can remember having healthy house plants. In fact I use to get the plants that Kmart was throwing out and nurse them back to life.
Today I slowed down as I walked past one of my plants and realized that there were dust webs stretched out between the leaves…the dust was so thick you would think that someone had poured it on for a Halloween effect.
It was time….
Ok…you can’t really see the dust in this picture but trust me…it was bad.
Back in the day I use to wash my plant’s leaves every week with milk. I know…I had no life..hehehee.
You just dunk a paper towel in the milk and then lovely wipe each and everyone. Soon the leaves glowed as if they were sitting in a florist shop.
Once again…the picture doesn’t do it justice but I know that my plant must feel like it had a spa treatment today.

Mine are lucky just to get water!
Just curious….why milk?
I really don’t know why milk…I had read it about 35 years ago. I know that it does make the leaves shine nicely
