Should I tell Her that She is Beautiful?

Today my only grand daughter turns one.

I know that we aren’t supposed to tell little girls anymore that they are cute, or beautiful, but I can’t help it!

Yes, this grandma is not only going to tell her that she is beautiful, but she is going to tell her why.

Why is she beautiful?

Because the Bible says that she was fearfully and wonderfully made! God himself formed her….How could that not be beautiful! “I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”
Psalm 139:13-15

She is beautiful the way she looks at me with love in her eyes. It’s like getting a secret hug from God himself!

She is beautiful the way she smiles at strangers…may she always have a heart for others

She is beautiful when she speaks. We don’t always understand what she is saying…and I suppose that may always be true, but may she always speak with the sound of love.

Yes….my grand daughter was fearfully and wonderfully made….that is beautiful and I’m not afraid to tell her!

Happy Birthday Grace….May your beauty always shine for the whole world to see.

Love it! She is beautiful… I tell my girls they are beautiful, inside and out, smart, kind and important. I tell my boss the same thing, but I say handsome instead of beautiful.
